  Miss Teen Norfolk performed in Kellam High School’s production of Sound of Music as Liselle for the month of April
   
  Samantha at LifeNet Health in Virginia Beach.  Samantha attended a training session and tour in April given by Nancy Hurst (Community Education Coordinator). LifeNet Health is the nation's largest  nonprofit, full-service organ procurement organization and tissue banking system.

Organ Donation is Sam's platform.

 
  Samantha volunteered at the
Second Annual Paul Harris Scholarship Fundraiser
 

Paul Harris was killed in an automobile accident in 2006. He was a soccer player at Great Bridge H.S. He was a teen organ donor.  The fundraiser was held at the Great Bridge High School JV and Varsity Soccer Games on May 6th.  Sam learned of the fundraiser through LifeNet and then met Paul's mother (Cindy Harris) at a Donor Family Celebration and Remembrance Ceremony.
